How does the 28-day free trial + 20% discount from monthly paid plans for 3 months work?
You can choose any plan, including all paid plans, and use it absolutely free of charge 28 days using Compose's promo code.
At any time during your 28 day free trialyou can upgrade to the paid plan.
If you are using Compose's promo code to upgrade to a paid plan on or before 30 Sept 2009, you can also enjoy an additional 20% special discount from paid plans for 3 months.
ProofHQ will only ask for your credit card details if you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.
If you don't upgrade to the paid plan at the end of the 28 day free trial, we will automatically change your account to a free account.
If you do upgrade to a paid account and then choose to cancel your account in the future you will not be charged again.
You are responsible for charges already incurred up to the date that you cancel.
How does your pricing work?
ProofHQ charge a flat price per month (or per year if you choose an annual payment option). This price includes a number of users, a number of proofs and an amount of storage.
The number of users, proofs and storage that you can use depends on the pricing plan that you choose.
ProofHQ count each version of a proof as a separate proof. Multi-page proofs count as just one proof.
What are Power Users?
ProofHQ use the term "Power Users" to describe profiles of people who can create and manage proofs. These are: Manager, Power, Super and Administrator. You can see the permissions linked to each profile here .
How long do I need to sign up for?
ProofHQ is a pay-as-you-go service. You can pay monthly using your credit card. After the first payment we will automatically charge your card every month unless you cancel. You will get an invoice every month by email.
Can I pay a year in advance?
Yes, just choose the Annual payment option when you start or upgrade a paid plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, just click on the Account tab on your dashboard and go to Organisation Profile. You'll see your Plan options. Just upgrade or downgrade your plan and the change will take place. Upgrades take place immediately. Downgrades take place at the end of your current billing period. When you uprgade you will only be charged pro-rata for the days remaining in the current billing period, so if you upgrade mid-month you only get charged part of the price difference between the two plans.
