Ideal for Digital Color Printing
The booklet and gang-up functions of EasyBook are fully designed for digital color printers. It is easy-to-use but powerful booklet creation software for high efficient digital color printing.

Advanced Job Handling
EasyBook fully supports PDF (version 1.3 to 1.6) files input and output size up to 13 x 19 inches or 330 x 480 mm. EasyBook can automatically add user-defined code, or booklet style code to the output file name for easy identification of output jobs.

Support Wide Range of Booklet Creation
EasyBook supports the following booklet styles: Perfect Bound, Saddle-Stitched, Cut & Stack, Step-and-Repeat, Simple Page Pairing, Calendar and Fill Sheet. It also supports left-edge, right-edge and top-edge binding. Users can define gutter around pages, as well as creeping for saddle-stitched booklets. In addition, EasyBook also supports both inner and outer center spread.

Automatic Page Correction
EasyBook makes it easy to handle jobs that are prepared properly. EasyBook can be instructed to insert blank pages if there are not enough pages for the selected booklet style, or automatically rotate pages if orientation of some pages is incorrect. User can also define the rotation angle under different circumstances in the application preferences.

User Defined Margins
User can define the offset from paper edge, this is the margins around the page which the printer cannot print on. This ensures the pages are positioned only at the printable area of the printed sheet.

Advanced Marks Setting
EasyBook supports a comprehensive set of marks, including crop marks, colorbars, print labels with date and time, sheet number and surface code, as well as page number which can be inserted in top-left, top-middle, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-middle, and bottom-right. Page numbers can be arabic and roman numerals and can also be kanji characters in the Japanese version.

Detailed Job Log for Process Monitor
A detailed log which records all job processing status. Warning messages are provided if EasyBook needs to fix the job file before processing it. And Error messages are provided if EasyBook cannot process the job. User can scroll through the log, or select to display only the error or warning log messages.
